Michael B. Jones, Director of IT
A 2003 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mike Jones began his work at The Pallet Alliance as head of the IT Department in late 2005. He was brought in specifically to further develop the company information-systems infrastructure, as well as to re-imagine the information-services a pallet/logistics company is capable of offering. He continues his work in developing and managing information systems, but has broadened the scope of systems integration and implementation to include all phases of company-wide processes. He continues to help The Pallet Alliance extend the base of its information technology offerings to its customers and improve its superior overall all value position in the industry.
